FRIEND ME?
John 15:9-17

Pastor Terry Wilcox

In John Maxwell’s book, Be A People Person, he lists five qualities that draw him to other people:

  1. People who  him.
  2. People who  him.
  3. People who  him
  4. People who  to him.
  5. People who  him.

Jesus’ words from Matthew 7:12.

  2. Friends will make .
    John 15:12-13

I think that God will never send
A gift so precious as a friend,

    A friend who always understands,
And fills each need as it demands,

Whose loyalty will stand the test,
When skies are bright or overcast,

Who sees the faults that merit blame,
But keeps on loving just the same,

Who does far more than creeds could do,
To make us good, to make us true,

Earth’s gifts a sweet contentment lend,
But only God can give a friend.

  3. Friends share their .
    John 15:15
  4. Friends  for each other.
    John 15:14 and John 15:16

Jesus chooses to be your friend, how do you respond?
