Timothy (Philippians 2:21-22)
  1. Interests of Jesus
  2. Experience serving God
        I Corinthians 15:33

Lessons from Paul’s choice: 
  1. Every leader needs 
  2. Must choose people who     3. Must choose people who love what you love
  4. Choose from those experienced with God

Philippians 1:15-16 – Timothy focused on essentials

 

Epaphroditus
  1. He was a full Gentile. Paul was a Jew. Timothy was half Jewish and half Greek
  2. He was a member of the church in Philippi and risked his life to bring money to Paul
  3. Philippians 2:2
  4. The church is to honor such as he. (Philippians 2:29)
