BIBLICAL HOPE

1. THE SOURCE OF BIBLICAL HOPE IS GOD
   Romans 4:17-18

   If Abraham’s hope was “possible,” it would not have been “supernatural.”

   Hope is a divine desire with patient anticipation and expectation that what God has promised will come to be. 

2. THERE IS A PROCESS TO BIBLICAL HOPE

3. HOPE CHANGES THE LIVES OF THE HOPEFUL
   

   You can take away a man’s goal and how he may cry, you can take away a man’s health and he may despair. But if you take away a man’s hope, all journeys end.  -Unknown

   When our hope or faith is focused on things, we are looking at the desired gift rather than the giver.
